Television personality and businessman Jamie Laing is the eleventh contestant to be named for this years series of Strictly Come Dancing.
The 17th series of the NTA and Bafta award-winning entertainment show produced by BBC Studios will return in the autumn on BBC One putting the sparkle back into Saturday and Sunday nights.
Jamie says: “I am beyond thrilled to be asked to be on Strictly, the only person potentially more thrilled is my mother. I have finally become the son she hoped for!”
Jamie hosts the podcast Private Parts alongside actor-comedian Francis Boulle. Jamie has also appeared on Celebrity Hunted, The Great British Bake Off and Famous And Fighting Crime. Jamie has appeared in the award-winning television series Made In Chelsea since 2011.
As well as his media presence, Jamie is also a successful businessman, having founded the sweets brand Candy Kittens in 2012.
