Bishop of Blackburn visiting Kenya to help run training schools for new clergy

The Bishop of Blackburn, Julian Henderson, will be visiting Kenya as part of a two country trip to Africa to run training schools for new clergy this week.

Alongside his wife Heather, Bishop Julian will head to Kenya after making his second trip to the Church’s link diocese in Free State, South Africa to teach and equip ministers on ‘Authentic Christian Ministry’.

The Bishop has been invited to the Kenyan Diocese of Voi by Bishop Liverson Mng’onda, and the trip was arranged by Rev. Jonathan Milton-Thompson of St Andrew’s, Livesey in Blackburn.
