Koy and Compton hosting May fundraiser for Kenyan charity in London

Charity fundraiser

KOY Clothing have teamed up with former England cricketer and photographer Nick Compton to raise money for the East Africa Character Development Trust (EACDT).

Back in February 2019 Nick Compton joined KOY Clothing in Kenya to visit a project run by the EACDT in the slums of Nairobi. He described the experience as ‘mind-blowing’, and was amazed to see first-hand how the lives of so many deprived Kenyan children are being transformed through Cricket.

Former England Cricketer Nick Compton joined KOY Clothing founder Jimmy Scott to launch a new cricket hub in Kawangware.

The day spent with the children and the charity had such an impact that KOY and Nick have teamed up to host an event in London with the goal to raise money for the inspiring cause they visited out in Kenya.

Costing £20, the ticket includes a £10 donation to EACDT. Guests will also be able to buy goods from a Koy Clothing pop-up shop and an exhibition by Compton Photography, with profits from both going to charity.
