Towards the end of their placement with the British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK), 2 Rifles found the time to carry out one final piece of Community Engagement.

Soldiers and officers from the visiting Battle Group visited Nanyuki Children’s Home where they played games and donated some small items.

According to the BATUK Facebook page, “Personnel that took part in the visit had a great time with the children, and now look forward to joining their family and friends back in the United Kingdom.”
