Last week, the Royal Military Police Detachment from the Community Engagement Team which is part of the British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK), took time out of their normal working schedule to help refurbish the NAPO Care Centre.

NAPO Care is a community based organisation which assists Nanyuki’s community by improving maternal health, providing care for the elderly and specialist education for students who require it.

Speaking after the completion of the refurbishment, Corporal Trebble said: “NAPO work tirelessly to achieve their aim and it has been a pleasure for us at the RMP Detachment to be able to give something back to them.”
