Vision Africa have announced that Vic Hancock Fell is to become their UK National Director.
Vic will lead and shape the work of the charity in the UK and beyond with full day to day responsibility for leading and running the charity. Going forward, she will also be responsible for driving its strategic direction, working closely with the team in Kenya, its UK and US Boards, as well as all of their partners and supporters.
Prior to taking up her new role, Vic had spent the last ten years working with Team Kenya and has a wealth of experience working in the education and non-profit sectors in the UK and internationally.

In addition to holding a PGCE and Masters in NGO Management, Vic has studied philosophy and religion. She is originally from the North East of England and currently lives in Sheffield with her husband and daughter.
Having been involved with various Kenyan organisations since 2008, Vic has a comprehensive understanding of and respect for complex communities in Kenya, and brings an in depth knowledge of and passion for the small international development sector to Vision Africa.
Vic has also founded an online support network of over 500 small NGOs.
