Kenya set film Watu Wote nominated for Oscar at Academy Awards

A 22-minute short film that tells the true story of how Muslims in Kenya gave their lives to save Christians from being murdered by Islamists during an attack on a bus in Mandera, has been nominated for an Oscar at the Academy Awards on Sunday.

Watu Wote (All of Us) tells of how al-Shabab militants stormed a bus near the border with Somalia and demanded that the Muslims identify the Christians on board.
