On Thursday, Kenyan Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Amina Mohamed, held bilateral discussions with UK High Commissioner to Kenya, H.E. Nic Hailey.
The meeting, at which Mr Hailey was joined by (Department for International Development) DFID Kenya Head Pete Vowles, focused on the relationship between Kenya and Britain and discussed how to further deepen engagement at all levels between the two countries.
It has been a week full of meetings for the Kenyan politician. On Wednesday, she held bilateral discussions with Canadian Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Minister, Mr Ahmed Hussen, and later with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Mr Filipo Grandi.
On Thursday, she met Serbian Ambassador H.E. Dragan Zupanjevac and French Ambassador H.E. Antoine Sivan to discuss Kenyan relations with their respective countries as well as issues of mutual interest.
Also on Thursday, she bade farewell to outgoing Turkish Ambassador to Kenya H.E. Deniz Eke.
