PwC’s Andy Woodfield in Nairobi for International Development strategy meeting

PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (PwC) Partner Lead for International Aid Development Consulting, Andy Woodfield, is back in Nairobi with PwC Kenya.

Andy is responsible for leading PwC’s UK International Aid Development Consulting business, working primarily with the Department for International Development (DFID) and other international donor organisations.

Using the full power of the Global network of PwC member firms and their associated subject matter experts, the business aims to improve the lives of the poorest and most vulnerable in the world.

Currently, PwC UK is supporting the PwC East Africa firm with a big investment to build its capability over the next few years.

In Nairobi this week, the company have brought together all of the leaders from their International Development / Donor business across Africa to talk strategy, along with the leaders here for the major donor clients.

Andy is representing donors from the UK and following the meeting, he has told us that encouragingly, there was “lots of excitement about the positive impact of our work in Africa with international donors.”
