The UK High Commissioner to Kenya, Nic Hailey, was today hosted by Hon. Aden Duale when he paid a courtesy call on the Member of Parliament for Garissa Township and Leader of Majority in the National Assembly.

Mr Hailey and Mr Duale discussed issues including trade relationships and prosperity between the UK and Kenya, insecurity in Northern Kenya, the 2017 election and this year’s legislative agenda.

Aden Bare Duale is the Majority Leader of the National Assembly of Kenya and has served as a representative of the Dujis Constituency in the National Assembly of Kenya since the 2007 parliamentary elections.

After initially being elected with the Orange Democratic Movement, he switched parties for the 2013 elections, and won re-election as a member of the United Republican Party.
