#KenyaLive: Stunning images from first two days of project

Make it Kenya and Herdtracker have uploaded the first set of photographs from the #KenyaLive initiative which aims to give wildlife lovers worldwide unprecedented access to the thrill of a Kenyan safari with live streaming through Twitter’s Periscope app.

Stunning photographs from the first two days in the Olare Motorgi Conservancy (which borders the Masai Mara National Reserve) capture cheetah, mongoose, lions and impala in the wild.

Also featured are a couple of images which capture the beauty of the breaking dawn and in others, we see Andre Van Kets and Carel Verhoef, creators of the website HerdTracker, preparing to stream a live broadcast on the Periscope app.

Download the Periscope app and follow HerdTracker’s channel from January 7-18 2016.
