The British High Commission has sent a text alert to subscribers warning to avoid Ngong Road in Nairobi in the area of the Junction Mall.
The warning comes amid unconfirmed reports of science students rioting along the road.

Update: According to a Twitter post, the students are protesting about water shortages.
